Michael G. Stewart II is the Chairman, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Yarash Global Solutions Inc., a global investment, consulting, and asset management company.

Prior to leading Yarash Global Solutions Inc., Michael was a Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Vice President, and Insurance Planning Director at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley Michael was a Portfolio Manager at Bank Of America for the Premiere Banking & Investments Division under the Client Services Group where he covered the Pacific Southwest USA Region. He provides specialized financial advisory, focuses on the performance of investments, and legacy planning for families and businesses. READ MORE

Michael provides portfolio management on investment assets on a fee based structure that focuses on performance for clients. He oversees a structured and disciplined process that is based on a culture of research driven results. Michael provides comprehensive consulting for business formation, transactions, growth, pre-liquidity, post-liquidity, and business succession planning. Michael chairs the reviewing of our client’s insurance planning needs, business owner insurance planning, events liability coverage, luxury assets coverage, property and casualty, and individual policies. He specializes in innovations regarding artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, and digital assets. He provides consulting in transactions related to mergers & acquisitions, real estate acquisitions & sales, private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments. As a force multiplier Michael provides consulting for institutional and corporate growth and development. Michael has a certification on the fundamentals of Alternative Investments from the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. Michael also has a certification in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online. Michael has a Masters in Legal Studies from Pepperdine University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State University, and studied Music at the University of California Santa Barbara. Devesh Nirmul, CEM, CSDP, LEED AP O + M Chief Sustainable Investment Officer

Devesh Nirmul is a leader within the energy, sustainability and resiliency space with demonstrated experiences in energy and sustainability management, finance, commercial real estate / property management, government and public policy and sustainability focused non-profit organizations. He works on expanding Commercial PACE financing and helping owners, project developers and stakeholders realize more efficient, resilient and economically valuable projects across key US markets, helping to accelerate the uptake of sustainable and resilient building improvements for both new construction and retrofits. He managed the launch of the Chicago Commercial Building Energy Initiative with the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), served as the Energy and Sustainability Director at FirstService Residential (FSR), was the first Sustainability Manager for Miami-Dade County implementing $12.5M of Energy Block Grant funds and spearheading the County’s Sustainability Plan and Green Buildings program, was University of Florida’s first Urban Sustainability Agent and consulted on climate change mitigation and adaptation solutions for the US Agency of International Development (USAID). Devesh is actively engaged with the USGBC, NAIOP and serves on the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) NW region’s ESG cohort advancing more grid-interactive resilient building opportunities for ULI’s membership. Devesh sustains his effectiveness by maintaining globally recognized industry credentials including LEED AP O+M, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP) ,credentials.

Murray Greene President, Global Commercial Real Estate Management

Murray Greene founded Greene Commercial Real Estate Group in 2003 and currently serves as its President and Chief Operating Officer. His decades of experience in commercial real estate includes portfolios and property types that include office, medical, flex, industrial, retail, mixed use, hotel, and multi-family hi-rise residential.Mr. Greene’s extensive experience also includes construction management and numerous appointments by the courts as a receiver for commercial properties. READ MORE In 2015, his receivership expertise was requested by the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami- Dade County, Florida to develop and teach a training course for the Circuit Judges who were being rotated into the foreclosure division on vetting Real Estate Receivers and the qualification and experience required. Subsequently, Mr. Greene has made this training available to other Circuit Courts in Florida. In 2023, Mr. Greene co-founded the Commercial Real Estate Receivers Alliance (www.CRERA.org), a clearing house that brings professional commercial real estate receivers together with lenders who need expert assistance when foreclosing on assets. Mr. Greene is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Georgia. He holds designations as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He has been a long- time educator for the commercial real estate industry as an instructor of the RPA, FMA and SMA designation programs as well as numerous seminars & workshops including educational sessions at the BOMA International Conference and for both in-person and online for BOMA China. Mr. Greene was also selected to help develop and teach the BOMA Building Re-Tuning (BRT) program. Mr. Greene is very active in the commercial real estate industry as a member of BOMA (the Building Owners and Managers Association). He is a Past President of BOMA Miami-Dade, BOMA Florida, and BOMA Southern Region and served on the BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches Board of Directors. He has served on numerous BOMA International Committees and served as chair of the Awards Committee and Education Advisory Council. In January 2019, Mr. Greene was selected as the first Chairman of the Board of Managers for the Commercial Real Estate Certification InstituteTM (CRECITM), a partnership of BOMA International and BOMI International. In 2023, Mr. Greene was elected to a second two- year term as BOMA International Secretary/Treasurer. In May of 2012, Greene was selected to join the inaugural class of BOMA Fellows, a group of selected individuals who have displayed exemplary and sustained contributions to commercial real estate, their profession, the community and BOMA at all levels and have continually answered the call to leadership and service throughout their careers. Mr. Greene is considered an expert in commercial real estate management and operations. He has testified, as an expert, in civil litigation and in front of State Legislators and Regulatory Agencies. He was profiled in the May 1996 issue of Maintenance Solutions Magazine as their “first” Maintenance Innovator and was also profiled in the May 2004 issue of BOMA.org. He has also written many industry related articles which were published in local, national, and international publications.

Dana Sims President, Global Media & Distribution Yarash Global Consulting LLC

Dana Sims is a leading talent agent in the entertainment industry. Over twenty-five years, she has served in prominent positions at the William Morris Agency, International Creative Management and Creative Artists Agency. In her role, she has guided and shaped the careers of Grammy-winning performers, Oscar and Emmy-winning actors, box office and chart-topping artists. She serves on the Board of the Durban Film Festival and is currently working to open a talent corridor for the African continent to make film and television for a global audience. READ MORE

Sims started her career as marketing coordinator at Jim Snowden’s Mesa Blue Moon Recordings whose roster included The Original Louie Rankin, Black Uhuru, Kitaro, Le Mystere De Voix Bulgare and Strunz & Farrah. She then was accepted into Columbia and Tristar’s prestigious internship program before working in production at Beachwood Services and Dragon Pictures.

Sims joined the William Morris Agency in 1996 where she worked with famed agent Nicole David who represented such major talent such as Whitney Houston, Patrick Swayze, Melanie Griffith, Elijah Wood and Garth Brooks. Under her tutelage, she packaged material with Ms. Houston and Will Smith and with Garth Brooks and Kenny Babyface Edmonds. Ms. David remains her mentor to this day.

Those sales prompted WMA to promote Sims to agent where she worked with music clients crossing them over into film and TV. Sims developed the careers of Ludacris, Jill Scott, Common, Erykah Badu, Kanye West, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg and Kirk Franklin. After 12 years, Sims was wooed to move to ICM where she worked with Drake, Machine Gun Kelly, Jesse Collins, Effie Brown, Cindy Lauper, J. Cole, and New Edition. Among many packages, she put Jill Scott in NUMBER ONE LADIES' DETECTIVE AGENCY and sold both the New Edition and Bobby Brown biopics to BET. During her stint at ICM Sims became heavily inspired by explosive talent emerging on the continent of Africa and sought to concentrate on this area. While at the agency, she signed Pearl Thusi, star of Netflix Africa’s first production QUEEN SONO.

After 11 years, Sims took this new focus to Creative Artist Agency where she worked alongside the agency’s global television group, packaging material with African based creators both in local and international markets.

Greenbridge is a Private Equity family office based in Beverly Hills with $600M AUM with a focus on office, retail & mixed use in Southern California and Metropolitan Seattle. Prior to his tenure at Greenbridge, Ali was recruited by Hilton & Hyland in Beverly Hills to lead their hospitality and land use practice. The off market transaction entailed a complicated 4 year escrow. The Seller purchased the properties through auction for $13,000,000 in 2009. Paramount realized an equity multiple exceeding 8X.

City of Los Angeles awarded $103M in TOT & sales tax rebates to Lightstone. 'Fig & Pico' was featured on the front page of Los Angeles Times Business, Los Angeles Business Journal, The Real Deal & Urbanize LA. 746 room Marriott AC & Moxy Hotels currently operate at the site with room for expansion for a second hotel tower & flag for up to 1042 rooms. 'Fig & Pico' continues to hold a record to date on a cost per square foot basis for land residual in Downtown Los Angeles. Ali considers this transaction a crowning achievement of his career given the economic impact & job growth the development created for the City of Los Angeles. During Ali's 25 year commercial real estate career, he has brokered, consulted & syndicated transactions for high net worth family offices & Private Equity. His tenure prior to Greenbridge Investment Partners & Hilton & Hyland included Savills & Newmark. Ali began his career at Studley (Savills) with a focus on tenant representation & corporate services. Ali shifted his focus to capital markets in 2008. Edward Lathan, MBA Chief Administrative Officer

Edward Lathan is the Chief Administrative Officer for Yarash Global Solutions Inc., a global investment, consulting, and asset management company.

Edward Lathan is a Marine Veteran with over 23 years of faithful service to our country. He was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and relocated to Southern California as part of his military service. As a Marine, Mr. Lathan has executed multiple combat deployments, while leading, mentoring, and developing Marines from recruit training to senior non-commissioned officers. During his military tenure, he has attained increasing levels of responsibilities within human resources management and engaged in extensive training in areas including the Equal Opportunity Program, legal administration, substance abuse prevention for leaders, and sexual assault prevention. Mr. Lathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and is currently working towards attaining his Master’s degree. READ MORE

Early in his military career, Mr. Lathan received formal instruction as an aviation mechanic, performing maintenance on aircrafts such as C-130’s, Hueys, Cobras, and Prowlers. In this role, he developed a stronger understanding of time management, focus with attention to detail, and most importantly, how to work as a team player, all which have contributed greatly towards his professional success. Cassius Coleman Managing Director

Cassius Coleman is the CEO and Founder of Five Points Development. Cassius has over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation, construction, real estate and business development. Cassius began his career as a Corporate and State Tax Analyst for Rollins, Inc. where he gained experience in filing corporate and state tax returns. After 3 years with Rollins, Cassius accepted a position with Arby’s as Accounting Manager with responsibilities over the Southeast Region in which he managed assets in excess of $100M. After an 8-year stint with Arby’s Inc., Cassius accepted a position as Finance Manager with McKinsey & Company and ended his corporate career with RGP as a Senior Consultant. Elesha has experience as an executive territory manager in the medical sales industry. She served as a Respiratory Sales Specialist for Reckitt Benckiser in the Los Angeles South Territory. In addition she was an Account Manager for American Regent where she sold hospital injectables for the Western Region. He resides in Southern California with his beautiful wife and best friend (Tonya) whom he's known since she was 17 years old and married on his parent's 59th wedding anniversary at sunset on Secret Beach in Maui, Hawaii.
